I frequently use the South Mast Rd Goffstown NH location. My complaint however is your companies credit card terminals at that location as well as other locations. I often have to try * or four different cards before I finally find one that the terminal will actually read via the magnetic stripe. The associates say that if the terminal does not read the strip they cannot finish the transaction. The terminals are dated and not equipped with chip readers. The industry standard is chip readers, which are more reliable as well as providing merchants with important safe guards from charge backs and fraud. So I have a hard time understanding why a multi million corporation would not provide its customers with a efficient convenient transaction rather than one littered with time consuming attempts to make a purchase and associate refusals to manually type in a card number instead declining the sale if your magnetic strip is not read by the terminal.
