I visit Cumberland Farms in Ravena NY everyday around *am, it is always busy at this time but there is always coffee and the employees are friendly. In the last * weeks it has gotten so bad there that i dont want to go in anymore. The woman (Barb) working this morning was by herself during a rush had * people waiting in line and about ** waiting for coffee, the pots were empty. She was doing her best as she was alone and could only do one thing at a time. I went back at around *pm there were trash bags sitting on the floor and the floor looked like it hadnt gotten swept or mopped all day. Barb was STILL on the register and the other woman, i believe acting manager was miserable and unkind when i asked about fresh coffee. This "new" lady should be taught some better customer service skills!
