Help with my Cuisinart issue

WE HAVE A CUISINART FULLY AUTOMATIC BURR AND GRIND COFFEE MAKER DGB-*** SERIES.IT WAS PURCHASED IN JANUARY ****. **When the pot is fully prepped for brewing, the beans grind and it starts to brew but it uses only about half the water and then it shuts off with about ** beeps. What needs to be done for a full brew without it shutting down half way through? Jan and Bob

Yes it is solved by a cuisinart dealer. I am sorry to say the the GETHUMAN team was in no way helpful. Cuisinart says they do not have a chat line so I am confused as to why you give the impression that you represent cuisinart.
