I was not notified that Crunch gyms would start charging again and was caught off guard by a charge on my credit card. I called to cancel and was told I had to fill out a form online within ** hours of noticing the charge on my credit card. It took over a week and multiple emails to get the club to respond to me, and finally canceled my membership. However, they refuse to refund me for the charge that I was not notified would occur. I do not live or work near the Crunch gym any more, and also do not feel comfortable entering a gym at this time. This gym refuses to refund me for something that I will never use, and wasnt informed that I would be charged for. I imagine one day in the coming months I will purchase a new gym membership, but it most definitely will not be with Crunch if this issue is not resolved.
