Hi on July *th I went to a cricket store And made a first bridge payment of ** dollars and was told come the following Friday make the ** dollar payment. My service was cut off early morning on that day so went to the store and we called your customer care number and was told I can process the ** dollar payment and my service would be restored and the due date would not change. Now not even ** hours my service was suspended again and I called again the customer care center and now being told I owe ** dollars to restore service and nothing can be done to help me. I am very upset and now have to change providers because of your company poor customer service and the knowledge of your associates or lack of training has affected me the customer and I feel like there was something that can be done but your associates are either too lazy or just don't know how to properly do their jobs.
