My name is Brian I recently got a replacement phone three maybe four days ago and from the beginning it's been giving me trouble it will automatically disconnect from Wi-Fi when I go to check my emails or text messages my screen goes black and I have to shut it off turn it back on and it's been doing this from day one I called the manufacturer we master and factory reset the phone issues are still there they believe that it's a issue with the antenna and Hardware I work for two different hospitals I transport at * and I work in the or at the other and I am on call **** so I can not be without a phone I'm being told the only way to replace this phone which is defective and three to four days old is to turn my phone in and wait for my phone to reach them and then they would send me another phone I can't do this with my job the other options given to me where pay for the value of the phone and shipping and once they receive mine they would reimburse me I don't have money to to do this more buy a phone and send this one in and then they would send me a phone I shouldn't have to purchase a new phone I was also told that if I drove around to different Cricket stores one might offer a loaner phone but they doubted it all I want is a replacement phone hopefully not a refurbished so that will give me more trouble and to turn this phone back in
