This is the second time now in less than * months that I have placed an order online to add a new line of service to my phone in Port to my service in port in a a different number from another company and I have yet they didn't they have not given me a confirmation number because they do not even have recollection of this order but yet they have taken my money out * times this time either I want my money back or I won't this phone in the mail to me shipped ASAP or else. I wasted many of hours that y'all are getting paid to be in that office to help me to fix this problem that I am losing out of my time and day having to try to fix the problem and you'll still have yet to get it done the ticket number on that would be *** ***-***-**** the account is in April couch the mainline phone number would be ***-***-**** please get in touch with me ASAP this resolved this issue or else
This is the second time in two months I have lost my order and I have not received it or they are saying that I have received order that I have not received and they have kept my money but this time have drawn the money out for the phone and the service * times in less than * days
I either want my phone or I want my service added or either I want a refund on everything they have taken me for and not refunded me back.
I have all different times and they have done nothing to help me act ignorant and like they didn't know what they were doing instead of trying to help somebody like they should have and like I asked them to they done as they chose to do instead of doing like I was asking them to do
