I received an alert on Thursday, January 30, notifying me that my account was accessed on Wednesday, January 29 at 10:50 p.m. I did not make this login. When I tried to access my account on January 30 using my email and password, I was unable to log in. Even after attempting to change the password, I still could not access my account. I promptly emailed Credit Karma about this issue but have not received any response from your company so far. Therefore, I would like to request that my account be closed and I need confirmation that this has been done. Thank you. Sincerely, Dr. Jo-Anne Winslow (aka Kathryn).

A few months ago, I signed up for a free trial and later canceled my account. Despite this, I have been charged $80 over the last two months ($40 per month). As someone on SSI, I cannot afford to lose this money, especially since it was taken in error. I kindly request a refund for the amount deducted. I deactivated my account before these charges were made, so I hope to resolve this matter promptly. If not, I may have to involve legal assistance. Please email me back at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

I'm Courtney Stephens, and when attempting to register for your services, I was informed of an existing account tied to an email not associated with me. I suspect fraudulent activity and identity theft. I've taken steps to safeguard my information by placing fraud alerts, securing my credit reports, and alerting the authorities. Please deactivate any accounts linked to Courtney D. Stephens ending in [redacted] promptly. Contact me at [redacted].

I am still waiting for a response after reaching out through live chat and email. I received a confirmation with a case number, but when reviewing my tax forms, I was told to fix an item on my [redacted] Misc. I made the correction, but the system still prompts me to address the same issue. Despite trying three times, the problem persists. I have tried contacting CreditKarma through various channels but have yet to receive a response. Checking their website again, I see that the issue remains unresolved.

I encountered an issue when my initial savings transfer from my Chase checking account was processed four times by mistake. Credit Karma mistakenly credited me with more money than I was owed. As a result, I now have a significant amount to return to them. I assume Credit Karma will reach out to me to coordinate the repayment process. For any inquiries regarding the return of the funds, please reach out to me at [redacted] Kindly allow me up to 24 hours to respond, mirroring the delay in addressing my initial concern after my entire checking account was drained. Is this the standard of customer service you uphold? While you acknowledged the error, I am committed to doing the right thing by returning the funds promptly.

I am currently trying to obtain my transcript from last year. I recently updated my phone number on my Credit Karma account. However, the system is prompting me to verify my identity through a code sent to my old number, which I no longer have access to after changing my phone number. Is there a way for me to update my number without relying on receiving a code through my old number? My email address remains the same. I wonder if it is possible for the verification code to be sent to my email instead.

I recently tried to update my address on Credit Karma's website dating back to [redacted]. However, it indicated that TransUnion does not have that address on file, which is inaccurate as I have a credit report from TransUnion from last year. Credit Karma now advises waiting 30 days to check if TransUnion updates my address, which seems unreasonable. Despite uploading my ID for verification, they still won't update the information. Unfortunately, contacting customer support by phone is not an option, adding to the frustration. The multiple issues I am experiencing with Credit Karma are disappointing, and I am seeking assistance. It appears that this is not an isolated incident, and there are numerous complaints about similar situations. The level of inconvenience caused by Credit Karma is concerning, and I hope to resolve this matter promptly.

I have noticed an error on my Credit Karma report regarding my Chase Credit Card balance. Even though I paid off the $20,[redacted] balance over 30 days ago, it still shows as outstanding. On the other hand, my new car loan was promptly updated within 5 days, creating suspicion about the efficiency of updating inaccurate information. The $21,[redacted] balance on my card is incorrect and has remained so for more than a month. I kindly request that JPMChase be contacted to correct this error and reflect the accurate balance of less than $1,[redacted] on my credit card. Thank you.

I have been trying to reestablish my account without success on several occasions. Today, I spent over two hours attempting to input the required information, but your service would not accept it. When trying to cancel my old account through your system, it did not recognize my cell phone number, even though it has changed. I am frustrated with the lack of response from your system. If nothing is resolved promptly, I will recommend to friends facing similar issues to switch services. Unfortunately, I cannot be contacted by phone as you do not provide that option. Lastly, the email address displayed below is indeed correct, contrary to the error message indicating otherwise.

I have been a user of Credit Karma for a while now. However, in the last week, I have been unable to access the app on my phone like usual. After logging out, I am now unable to log back in. Despite numerous attempts to reset my password using the help link, I have not received any response. I also tried to create a new account, but it seems that my email address has been changed to [redacted], which I do not recognize or use. The emails I usually use are [redacted] (the only one I used on your site) and [redacted] It seems my account has been hacked with the AOL email, and I have lost access. If possible, please reach out to me at the provided email address. Thank you, Roger Chapman.

I fail to see the value in obtaining my credit score from your company or similar services. When applying for a home loan, lenders assess a different type of credit score which often varies significantly from the consumer credit score provided publicly. It would be beneficial if access to that specific credit score was also made available to consumers. Thank you.

To whom it may concern, My wallet was stolen on Tuesday, February 4, [redacted] while I was in a casino with my mother. It contained my MasterCard from Michigan First Credit Union, two Visa debit cards for a joint account with Lillian Williams, our Social Security cards, my mother's State ID, and $[redacted]. Since then, I have been facing challenges protecting our identities. I've frozen our credit reports with TransUnion, and Experian and Equifax have provided me with confirmation and PINs for lifting the freeze if needed. I've also obtained new debit cards for both Michigan First Credit Union and our joint account. One major concern is that the thief now has access to the account numbers of our joint checking and saving accounts. As my mother's guardian, I feel responsible for protecting her. I fear the thief may exploit the high balance in our accounts to open loans or other accounts. I am currently unable to access Credit Karma to monitor our credit due to potential unauthorized access. I have reported the incident to the Detroit Police Department. I seek advice on how to safeguard our identities moving forward and wish to access Credit Karma to monitor for any fraudulent activity.

I received an email regarding a JPMCB Card (which I believe to be a Chase Card) with a **,*** limit, addressed to my husband, Robert M Wilkison. We have multiple Chase Credit Cards, including the Chase United Card with a **,*** limit. The email my husband received stated, "Nice Work Between Nov ** **** and Jan ** **** your JPMCB Card services credit card balance decreased by ***.** from *,***.** to *,***.**." This concerned me as we do not carry balances on our credit cards. Upon checking my Chase United Account, from Nov **, **** to Jan **, ****, I had * charges totaling $***.**, not ***.** as stated in the email. I pay off the balance monthly and currently have no balance on this card. The email stating a decrease from ****.** to ****.** is confusing as I have never had that balance on this card. Please clarify this discrepancy. Thank you.

My Equifax score recently dropped by 50 points due to a decrease in my credit balance of $[redacted], which I promptly paid off. This outcome was unexpected for me since usually paying off balances has resulted in score increases in the past. Despite resolving the issue on Feb. 8, [redacted], my credit score remains low. I reached out for assistance on Feb. 7, [redacted], but have not seen any changes. I would appreciate it if you could communicate this to Credit Karma and address this error that is hindering my efforts to improve my credit score. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am unable to access the email account I used to register for my Credit Karma account due to it being hacked along with my bank account. My bank suggested deleting the account and updating my banking details, including new account numbers. My new email is [redacted], and I urgently need access to my account to file my tax return promptly.

Hello, I opened a savings account and was attempting to make a quick deposit before paying my bills. I always access Credit Karma on my laptop and never on my phone. I am confused as to why they are now asking me to verify my log-in information and change my phone number, as I never authorized this. Despite my efforts, Credit Karma is not recognizing either my laptop or phone number, preventing me from accessing my savings account. I never consented to using my phone for verification. I solely use my laptop for this purpose. This issue is on their end, and I do not have the time to deal with this. I need to add funds to my savings account but am unable to access it or even log out. I am frustrated and need help resolving this immediately. Thank you, Valerie C.

To the relevant party, I am writing in response to your previous reply concerning the information I sent. Before addressing that, I wish to outline my ongoing concerns with your company. 1. It is unclear whether my emails are processed by a computer or handled by a third party, as there is no identification provided if it's a live person. 2. Replies to my emails do not fully address my concerns, giving the impression of keyword-based responses. Review past emails for confirmation. 3. Occasionally, no response is received, raising further doubts. 4. Resolving a simple matter has stretched over several weeks without any resolution. 5. Transparency is lacking, leading to suspicions of spam-like practices. 6. There is no customer service phone number available. 7. Lack of customer appreciation and support is disappointing. 8. As a result, I had to pay $[redacted] for tax assistance, a service reportedly provided by your company, revealing a breach of trust. 9. Your latest response stating the documents were illegible is questioned, as they were clear copies. The continual delays in addressing my concerns are concerning. Unless this matter is promptly resolved, I will escalate it to an external entity. Despite providing my current phone number, there have been no efforts to resolve this issue, documented in our communications.

Hello, my name is Marquis Mickel. I created a Credit Karma account back in 2[redacted] with the email blackface101. Unfortunately, due to a house fire and moving, I lost the paper containing my passwords and other information. I've been struggling to recall them, so I would like to deactivate that old account and create a new one. It has been challenging trying to retrieve the necessary information on my own. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

Upon reviewing an ad on your website regarding consolidating credit card debt, I found that the terms offered were not any better than my current bills. The website then prompted me to authorize lenders to conduct a credit check. I chose not to proceed with the authorization. However, I received an email today indicating that Credit Karma had sent an authorization to a partner lender to review my TransUnion score, supposedly with consent from Credit Karma. I intend to contact the CFPB on Monday to file a complaint against your company. Additionally, I will be closing my account with your company due to what I perceive as breaches of ethical and legal obligations.

Hello, my name is Frank, and I would like to bring to your attention that my PennyMac mortgage account is incorrectly listed as closed in my Credit Karma account due to bankruptcy. I want to clarify that my PennyMac account is active, and I have remained in good standing by consistently making payments. Despite the inaccuracies on Credit Karma, both TransUnion and Equifax display the correct information that the account is open and current. I kindly request your assistance in rectifying this discrepancy. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
