I need help understanding Citibank's balance transfer limit. I aim to transfer my Chase card balance to take advantage of Citibank's interest-free period. Filling out an application, I discovered a 7,[redacted].00 credit limit on the new card. However, I wish to transfer 10,[redacted].00. Aiming to avoid dual payments, I seek assistance. I want to know if Citibank allows the full balance transfer or if cancelling the application is possible without penalties within the hour timeframe. Unfortunately, I cannot reach Citibank for clarification.

To whom it may concern, I was in the process of resolving my credit card debt when I was contacted multiple times by Beyond Finance offering to assist with settling my debt. Despite expressing my concern about my credit score of [redacted], they reassured me that it might temporarily decrease during negotiations but would eventually improve. However, this has not been the case. Beyond Finance created an account where I deposit $[redacted], and as the funds collect, they attempt to settle with my credit card companies. This process seems endless and not what I agreed to. I have noticed a negative impact on my credit score, and when I wanted to discuss this with the representative who enrolled me, Ms. Keri, I was informed she no longer works there. I requested to listen to the recorded conversation with Ms. Keri, but that was denied. I hope that your company can help me rectify this situation as I feel misled. Sincerely, Edward Tharp

I have been attempting to access my Credit Karma account to check my credit score. I have followed all the steps to verify my information and confirmed my email address. When I try to change my password, I receive the email with the link to reset it. However, after entering the new password, I keep getting an error message saying "oops! something went wrong." I am unsure if the password change was successful. I have been receiving automated emails asking if the issue is resolved, to which I reply with my contact details. I urgently need assistance with this matter. Your prompt help would be greatly appreciated.

My Credit Karma data does not accurately reflect recent changes in my credit history, causing an inaccurate credit score to be displayed. The platform only shows my Chase credit card account, failing to include my Discover and Capital One credit card accounts. In addition, the age of my Chase account is misrepresented, further distorting the accuracy of my score. Despite paying off a $2,[redacted].60 student loan, Credit Karma has not updated this information, as it still shows the loan as outstanding. These discrepancies are misleading, providing me with a credit score that does not align with my actual financial standing.

This situation is complex and I need assistance. My son recently passed away, and his Credit Karma account was manipulated by his girlfriend who changed all his passwords on Google, Facebook, and other platforms. He was only 32 years old. I discovered that after I closed his Comcast account with proper documentation, they let her reopen it. I am concerned about the status of his Credit Karma account, whether his social security number has been misused, and if the account is still active. She also fraudulently opened credit cards in his name. I am Michelle W., the mother of Justin J. W. I can provide all necessary information, but all communication goes to her phone number. I have been struggling to resolve these issues for three years. Dealing with this has been overwhelming, I am the executrix of his estate and some days I find it hard to even get out of bed. It is unfortunate that there is no phone support available.

I attempted to open an account on creditkarma.com but encountered an issue with an old account linked to an outdated email address that I can no longer access. After typing in the old email address and the last four digits of my social, I receive a message stating that the time has expired and cannot proceed. I thought using the Credit Karma app would help, but I faced the same problem. Despite restarting multiple times, I am unable to move forward. It's frustrating dealing with this. The existing email address is [redacted], and I want to change it to [redacted] Thank you for your help in advance.

I am concerned about the errors in the tax form. The medical expenses listed are overstated at over $[redacted], significantly more than I paid. Additionally, my social security benefits are wrongly stated at over $[redacted] when they are around $[redacted]. I did not receive a W-2 form. Can I trust you to provide an accurate tax form? I am having trouble logging into my account. It keeps saying my email or password is incorrect. I am certain my email is correct as I receive messages. Despite changing my password multiple times through the reset link, I still can't access my account. I have verified the password is entered correctly, but I am unable to login. This has happened three times already and I am frustrated as there has been no resolution yet. I have deposited funds in a savings account and filed taxes on the platform for the past two years, so I am concerned about the security of my information and money. Hello, I am Ijeoma Dimkpa. I am contacting you regarding an erroneous credit report that has negatively impacted my credit score, which I wish to dispute. On November 7th, an inaccurate report from CB/Victoria's Secret appeared on my account, suggesting I owed a balance when I do not. Furthermore, the closure of an account with a zero balance should not result in a negative impact of up to 34 points on my credit score. I am reaching out to rectify this issue and request that the credit reporting agency investigate and restore the 34 points deducted from my account in November. Thank you. My name is Donna Roberts, and I have an account registered under [redacted] with you. I am facing an issue with BMO Harris, a creditor from whom I bought my car. Despite never missing a payment, doubling payments, and paying off the car entirely, my credit reports show the account as "closed," resulting in a drop of 17 points across all reports. BMO advised me to provide a letter from a credit monitoring company to rectify the status to "paid in full." Can you assist me with this matter?

My [redacted] taxes were rejected by the IRS due to missing EIC pages for the earned income credit. I have been attempting to log in for months now, almost reaching tax time again. I have tried at least 25 times since last night (11-9-[redacted]) and keep receiving errors such as "there is a problem with your login, try later," "wrong password," and even when trying to answer security questions. You had two of my questions correct, but the phone number doesn't match. This issue has been ongoing since March, and I just need to access my taxes to correct the problem. I would appreciate a response with a solution to access my account. Thank you, Darryl H. My late fees are accruing for the federal and state taxes since I owe. Please help me! I just want to file my taxes and pay the IRS and the state. I have been a loyal customer for years.

I noticed on your verification page there is a question asking about the province, but the options provided do not include the United States. This issue is preventing me from verifying accurately and getting my credit score. Also, the system does not accept certain zip codes such as those starting with 'A1.' It's frustrating that there is no way to contact a representative promptly to resolve these issues as it takes weeks for any response. Many customers, including myself, are facing similar problems. I hope these issues will be addressed promptly.

Upon reviewing my latest credit report, I discovered a debt of $76.00 sent to collections by Transworld on 9-17-[redacted], allegedly from Direct Energy. I have no affiliation with Direct Energy and did not receive any communication from Transworld. This debt inaccurately appeared on all three credit bureaus, significantly affecting my credit score. I attempted to reach out to Experian online, but found their website challenging to navigate. Yesterday, 12-5-[redacted], I spoke with Annette at Equifax with Confirmation #[redacted], although I am awaiting resolution. I have not yet contacted TransUnion. The inclusion of this erroneous information has had a detrimental impact on my credit rating. I am seeking assistance on how to address this issue promptly. Thank you, Gerald D. R.

The CAPTCHA on your website is not working properly. I have tried to go through 30 or 40 CAPTCHAs at a time, and some do not allow me to click on the correct boxes. I have tried reaching out to Credit Karma for help with my password renewal, but have not received a response. Even this website has not addressed my concerns correctly. The comment "You have not explained what Credit Karma needs to do to correct your issue" was mistakenly posted. There seems to be a pattern of incompetence. I request that my information be removed from Credit Karma's website due to these ongoing issues.

I received an email today regarding the terms of service and privacy policy. I do not recall intentionally signing up for Credit Karma, but I might have clicked on "check your credit score" by accident when registering for Care Credit. I just want to confirm that my account has not been compromised or that I have inadvertently signed up for Credit Karma. Additionally, I did not provide my email address, so I am unsure how it was obtained, other than possibly through Care Credit.

I would like to update my account with the following details: Add a new credit card for Capital One with a credit limit of $1,[redacted]. The balance due is zero. Please display on my account the following credit cards: 1) CAPITAL ONE $2,[redacted].00 - BALANCE IS ZERO 2) CAPITAL ONE $1,[redacted].00 - BALANCE IS ZERO With this added card information that has been missing for 2 years, my credit score should be around [redacted] to [redacted]. Every time I try to access my account, I am being rejected when I enter my established codes. Even after I change them, I keep getting a message saying there is an account with that name already. This system is frustrating; obviously, there is an account in my name. I have been locked out for the past few months when using any of my previously used identifications. I need a telephone number to contact you. My email remains the same: [redacted] Why is this process so complicated?

My credit score has recently dropped significantly. Upon checking, Credit Karma mentioned, "good job lowering your loan amount," which should have a positive impact on my score. However, it decreased by 23-32 points. I have already reached out to Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax to freeze and alert for fraud. I'm puzzled by this sudden drop as I've maintained excellent credit for years. Last March, my score dropped inexplicably, and now it has happened again. I fear that there might be unauthorized activity on my credit causing these fluctuations. Your assistance in clarifying this situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, J B Few.

I attempted to set up an account using my email, but encountered issues completing the process without a specific reason provided. Subsequently, I created a new Yahoo email and received an error message stating my information was connected to another account. Despite reaching out to their support department via their website, the process failed at each attempt, as I was unable to proceed beyond entering my information on subsequent pages. Furthermore, the initial response I received from them after encountering the issue was unhelpful, suggesting I respond to that email for further inquiries, which unfortunately did not yield any additional responses.

When I try to log in on my browser, it prompts me to verify with an old phone number I no longer have access to. After entering my username and password, it advises me to contact support if I cannot access the old number. I have emailed them four times without any resolution. I am looking for the customer service phone number as I continue to receive automated responses from the support emails I send.
