I bought Craftmade ceiling fans from Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery on May 18th. The 44" blades and fans arrived promptly, but the essential 36" down rods are back-ordered. Ellen Evans mentioned they might take 4-6 weeks to arrive, which is quite a wait. The porch is unusable without the fans in the hot weather, so I'm eager to have them sooner. Can they expedite the delivery of the down rods? -JBH, Williamsburg, VA.
