I am trying to get a cruise stateroom change. The cruise line (Holland America) said they would be happy to do it, but the change request must be initiated by the travel agency: Costco Travel. I have tried to call Costco Travel and the wait time is "over an hour." Twice I have waited over * hours before the call was disconnected. Other times I get a message to call back later. Can you help?

How GetHuman6137761 fixed the problem
Unfortunately I was not able to use GetHuman's service because the *-step verification process did not have an email option to receive a verification code. That said, I was able to avoid the hours-long queue at CostcoTravel by connecting EXACTLY (to the second) as the phone lines opened. My wait time was less than * minutes. CostcoTravel could ease their queue frustration by providing a chat, or email option, or a feature wherein I could enter my number for a return call. Also, I might have found the genesis of the hours-long queue* the Costco representative had me wait almost ** minutes while she was put on hold by the cruise line. I suspect this may have added to the queue wait time...
