On Wednesday August ** last we we’re scheduled to have a Samsung fridge delivered. We had arranged this delivery approximately ** days in advance and were given a three hour window over which the delivery was to occur. The delivery company that you sub contracted with came five hours after the end of that window. They refused to install the handle on the fridge and refused to take the old fridge in spite of your earlier agreement to do so. We had them take the new fridge back and are trying to decide whether to cancel the order (number *********). David Young
