I was trying to get an advance on my pay through payactiv it was approved and deposited on the payactiv side and never- made it to my card. It has now been * business day. I have called several times to get this problem resolved and am given a run around spoke to a supervisor friday someone was suppose to email me from the back office still no response. I need the transaction failed so I can start a refund process.
GetHuman-tammyris did not yet indicate what Comdata should do to make this right.
