To whom it may concern, I have been trying to get all the information to your company since June *th, I’ve been on disability since mar******* the doctor gave an estimated date of return to work of June **, well that was before I knew I had to have surgery. I seen the surgeon around June *,we set up the surgery for June **so I sent in the information about my surgery that day, and asked if anything else was needed,didn’t hear ,get an answer til June **stating rothman institute failed to put return to work date. Instead of letting me know,or just fax it back asking for the information,they just let it go.now in sitting here,no money,my surgery is next week and I have no copay to pay them,I hope my surgery doesn’t get delayed because of this.if someone was signing up for insurance and you needed information you would get rite back to them to start collecting money. People buy your insurance so that in an emergency you have help,but I’m so stressed in dealing with your company,the mental anguish,stress, on top of worries about surgery this bs is not needed,I just don’t get it,Aflac came into our company and everyone said switch to them,I wish I did. My brother went with Aflac he had no issues whatsoever,they did the rite thing and retrieved all information needed for his claims,this way he could focus on getting better and back to work ASAP, your company should train your associates to be helpful,in the same manner. I’m part of the management team at my company, and boy when I get back to work,I sure will let associates know what **** I dealt with,with colonial life
