BY FAX *** *** ******To: Cogeco Customer Service*From: Gary Doughty, Account * ************Subject: Loyalty Program*I am resorting to faxing this request to you after failing on numerous occasions to speak with a Cogeco Customer Service representative. As instructed, I attempted to reach you on three different occasions in May in order to extend my Customer Loyalty program and keep my monthly fee more reasonable and in line with what your competitor, Bell, is offering. However, I was always put on hold for over ** minutes and the one time I did reach an agent they dropped my call.*After getting the substantial increase in my service costs I once again called your company * times. Once again I experienced unacceptable wait time exceeding ** minutes. When I finally did reach an agent after ** minutes my phones battery died….wonder why?*Please reinstate my previous Loyalty discounts and hopefully give me a credit for the increased costs for the months of June and July.*I have been a customer of Cogeco for many years and up to now have been pretty satisfied, particularly with your customer service. However, that service has deteriorated greatly and it once again feels like I am dealing with a conglomerate that doesn’t care about their loyal customers.*Please, please restore some of my faith in your company and do the right thing….restore my Loyalty Program discounts and credit me with * months of the increased costs difference.*If an agent wishes to call me, which I doubt will happen, I can be reached most days at *** *** ****. I will not place them on hold for ** plus minutes….promise.*Sincerely,*Gary Doughty
