Help with my Champs Sports issue

Champs Sports's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-logoexp a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-logoexp's own words
place a very simple order ... This ordering process is disgraceful. I placed an order online, put in my credit card info, the order appeared to go through after pressing "place order", and I was directed to a survey asking about my order experience. I then realized I did not receive an order number right after placing the order, nor did i receive an e-mail confirmation even up to an hour after placing the order. I contacted what they advertise as **** customer service, and waited on hold for over ** minutes, then all of a sudden I got disconnected for no reason!!!!! If by chance customer service is NOT AVAILABLE ****, WHY DOES THE OUTGOING MESSAGE CONTINUE TO SAY "THANK YOU FOR CALLING, YOUR CALL WILL BE ANSWERED AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE". So I then contacted my credit card company and was told nothing came through on their end from Champs, there is no credit hold or no purchase. SO NOW I HAVE NO IDEA IF MY ORDER WENT THROUGH!!!! I did guest checkout, and there isn't even a way to confirm on the Champs website if my order was received and being processed!!! Why is the website not set up to be able to find your order through your email address???? Why does Champs not issue an immediate order number???? Why does Champs not send an immediate order confirmation???? Why does Champs **** customer service not answer the phone??? And this is cyber Monday when deals are running, and I'll probably lose out on the deal now! The question is WHY DID I PLACE AN ORDER FROM CHAMPS??? HAD I KNOWN I WOULD WASTE THIS MUCH TIME PLACING AN ORDER, I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED FROM CHAMPS!!!
no order number given after placing order, no e-mail received after placing an order, no way to check online if your order is OK if you did a guest checkout, no way to reach customer service on their **** customer call line advertised!!!!
I want to know if my order was placed!!!!
I expected to have a smooth ordering process for a very simple order.
Tried online chat, it was closed. Tried to call credit card company to see if order went through. Tried to go back into the Champs site to track down my order, and could not do that since checked out as a guest. Waited an hour to get through to customer service and gave up!!!!
