If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. You can always bring the item into the store too.

I still have not heard back - I wanted a full refund (including shipping) for the case I ordered which didn't it my phone, or the same case that would fit an LG g*. I have tried calling the cust support * multiple times, I have sent at least * emails about this and have received automated responses. When I used this company over a year ago, I had NO problems! Not sure what's happened to CellularOutfitter. I'm very disappointed! Please make this right and refund the full amount (including shipping) or send the right case. Thank you
