I am writing to complain about your website who have technical issue these past few days who decline the transaction after several attempt of the CC.**I have * PNR and Muti-City. DCZJ*M, EIEB*H*****.*PNR EIEB*H***Due to the payment was decline because of your system glitch I can only select the option and tab pay now without having a summary details of the baggage allowance I want to purchase.***The payment went through since there is no summary payment and only pay option available and two PNR I was surprise that the payment for **kg is in different sector.***It is never intended to purchase a baggage allowance of **kg for Cebu Siargao (Only ** KG Cebu-Manila, **kg CEBU-ICN) which is there is no option for me to check what I am paying for since they only have * PNR- Multi city***I have called your customer service internationally *x and just put me on hold if I ask for supervisor***It is not in your T&C that the prepaid baggage may not be refundable- take note may not is the term use****My Dispute***It is your website who does not allow any changes once you have not yet settled your balance in adding prepaid baggage***It is your website which have glitch which the transaction was decline for * days***I have use the same card and the transaction went through this time without even have a summary of what you are paying for nor can review or edit the segment which all my booking are associated tickets since it multi- sector.***Should be your website be transparent enough to show all the add-on’s services and the payments of each choices on your payment summary?***Once there is a pending amount in add-on service should there be an option to cancel and not continue or reset not disabling the tab and left one option says settle you bill pay now?*******.*PNR DCZJ*M,*****kg was added again for the CEB-ICN*****kg of cebu-siargao CEB-ICN **I want a full refund of my baggage allowance **kg cebu-siarago sector since it is your system who have technical issue with the payments. I just paid today and directly contact your call center outstation and paid internationally call which is they put me on hold every time I want to speak supervisor and escalate the issue. I’d like to request to review and investigate this issue that I experience with your website and I am hoping that you would be able to assist me since I paid through cc today Jan **, **** around **:**am doha time and called your customer service at the same time to assist me. I am hping for your consideration for this one.
