I pre-ordered some items a while ago, and chose UPS for the delivery service. I was then told by UPS that I must pay an additional £** in import tax. As such, I would like to return the order, and get a refund. However, despite being told that my customer service tickets would be responded to in ** hours, I have had no response from card kingdom in a week. Infuriatingly, the number listed for customer service is invalid, so I am unable to call them regarding the issue. UPS has already tried to deliver twice, at an address no longer available due to unexpected family issues, yet no longer allows me to change the address. When I called UPS regarding the issue of the weirdly high tax that card kingdom did not inform me about, and that I have never been charged for using the service prior, I was put on hold for an hour, and then told to call a different department if I wanted a break down of the pricing, only to find that that department was now closed because I had been on hold for so long. I feel like I am in a Kafka novel.
GetHuman3133583 did not yet indicate what Card Kingdom should do to make this right.
