On April **,**** around *:**pm. I visited a Captain D's located at **** GA-**, Riverdale, GA *****. I placed an order through the drive thru. I ordered a * piece battered fish meal. When I got to the drive thru window. I gave the cashier my debit card to pay for my order. After she charged my card she came back to the window with the receipt. I asked what was my total she said your total was $**.** . I stated that, that was incorrect. I then asked could you read me back my order . She said you ordered a * piece battered fish meal and catfish meal. I said no I did not.. she said that she made a mistake and will have the manager to fix it. She then call the manager to the window. MOD was Ms. Monica. The cashier told Ms. Monica what happened and ask her could she give me my money back out the register. The manger told he No, they can not do that. So Ms.Monica stated that she would have to cancel the transaction in order for me to give me my full refund back. I asked how long will it take to get refunded back to my card ,she said it will take * to * business days.. I said okay go ahead and cancel.. I then told her I still want the food so I replaced the original order that I ordered which was the * piece battered fish meal. So I paid an additional $**.** for the food. Five days passed. I still didn't receive my refund. I called the restaurant to speak with Ms.Monica they said she was not working that day she will be back tomorrow. I ask to speak with another manager. I spoke with another manager (no name) . I explained to her what happened and she told be that I could come in. I told her I would prefer to wait on Ms.Monica to come back the next day, she said ok. The next morning I called l spoke with Ms.Monica letting her know my money didn't return to my card. She stated its only been * days still give it time. So I waited an additional four days before I called back, to see if it will be refund back.. still have not received it. I then went back to the restaurant to talk to Ms.Monica about my refund. She stated she don't know what happened and don't know why I haven't received my money back yet. She said that the district manager was suppose to come in the next day,so come back and talk to the district manager about it.. I left the restaurant.. The next morning .I called the restaurant to talk to Ms.Monica once again. She answered the phone and I ask her is the district manager in yet she stated no. I asked her could she take my number down and have the district manager to call me. She said yes she will have the district manager to call me. Still no call or refund. *Can someone please contact me back please.
