While eating at your restaurant in Macon Georgia. The cashier who is also supposed to deliver food to the table was overwhelmed once I place my order I was given a number I waited the fish had to be cooked which took about ** minutes then I went to the counter as I saw my food come up to see if I could just get the food because I only had a ** minute lunch. The drive-through employee walk by my food I ask him is that number ** he said yes but the manager in the back I presume would not allow him to hand me my food as she stated you're doing the drive-through and that the other person could hand me my food. The front cashier had * more people in line and I had been waiting about ** minutes. I do not understand the manager's attitude I guess she thought I was being pushy or demanding but this is unacceptable
