I have a credit card that is charged off. It ends in ****. I also have another account that is also charged off but I do not know the last *. My name is Anthony M Giglio. I recently made over half of what I owed on both cards. I was hoping that in this time of uncertainty and the pandemic that you would be able to release the interest that has been charged to the card as I am paying it in good faith. Even refusing to settle so It would be able to pay the full balance. But with the dire times and the lose of employment I would appreciate those to be removed, and since I've made those payments back in August they have yet to show on my credit reports. I would also like that to be taken care of and also for you to remove the status of "charged off" as I am paying you not only what I owe but all the added charges. If you cannot remove that then possibly you can reopen the cards. Because of your procrastination of letting the bureaus know I am unable to get a credit card, which in times like these I need. I would be much obliged if you could reopen the accounts being they are both under the limits, this way I can survive. This is a time that we as a nation need to help each other out. I messed up due to circumstance but I am in the process of righting that. But right now I can barely afford food and am facing eviction. I would really appreciate the help, to a point where I am begging. Thank you, and I hope you and your families stay safe during this unprecedented disaster. Sincerely Anthony M Giglio
