I have prepared an adjustment*forgiveness email for Capital One (I missed * payments that hit Florida in **** and took a few months to recuperate financially due to relocation), but after hours of looking online I was unable to find an email address. I also called the customer service line and was forwarded to the payment prompt. No help at all. I have had service with Capital One for going on * years. Just as fast as my payments are made on time every month I should be able to retrieve information on how to correct my account. I would gladly appreciate assistance with the correct email address to send my adjustment*forgiveness email. Thank you in advance your loyal Capital One customer.****Pamela Turner
