My cc was put on blocked* restricted status bc I had fallen behind on a couple of payments when my husband was unemployed.. however i paid the past due and then some only to be placed on lockdown but ok i understand.. C.O. sent me an email stating that if i paid * months it would be unrestricted.. i have paid more than the minimum and made multiple payments per month yet still restricted.. I call capital one to find out when it would be lifted and was told "periodically capital one will look at accounts and lift restrictions on some" She was unable to provide info on whether or not the restrictions would ever get lifted even if I were to pay in full tomorrow. CSR placed me on hold to get supervisor however after waiting she was unable to get one and at that point could no longer provide any additional service to me. I legit wasted **minutes of my life on the phone w Capital One. No help and no answers
