I just received notice that my Capital One card was closed, due to my payments being returned!**I looked at my account on my phone and did NOT realize that someone had put their phone number and email address on this account and removed mine. **I was NOT informed of this in any way. IT was NOT until after seeing that my payments were being returned, that someone was EASILY able to get into my account and change it, what kind of security measures do you have to prevent this???? Obviously none!!!
I trust that Capital One will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
