I am retired and traveling the world. You have locked me out of my account. I called long distance to your customer service and got a lady that could barely speak understandable English. To verify it me she asked me all sorts of multi answer questions about my street address from up to ** years ago. I'm ** for god sakes, but I got them right even though I could barely understand her. She then said my email address was defunk (the one you have had for over ** years) She couldn't understand English, but eventually she may have got it. She said I could try and log on and your online site would send me a code to my email address to log on. I did but never got the numbers. She must have gotten the email address wrong.
