On October ** I ordered a “Free ** x **” Canvas. I received an email from your company stating that the photo I downloaded and sent to you was not of the best quality. They recommended I send a new photo. I have tried and tried several times to send a new photo. It wants to charge me again. I was charged $*** When I placed my order for the first “free“ canvas. I ordered nothing extra for that canvas. First I’d like to know why I was charged so much, and second I need to know how to send you, or download a new photo for you to put on an ** x ** canvas. I’d like to take advantage of the free offer still, since my first one didn’t go though. I have spend a lot of time trying to get this matter settled. I mostly get email replies to my emails I’ve sent to you stating that my email “has no content”? I feel I should receive a second “free” **x** canvas for my headaches i’m Getting while trying to get my canvas. Please contact me ASAP letting me know HOW TO SEND*DOWNLOAD a new photo to you without being charged. I already paid $*** and think some of that should be refunded.
