Purchase image to remove watermark ... I purchased an image from Canva and got an invoice for it but the watermark is still on the image even after downloading it as an image and a pdf. *I then thought maybe I wasn’t paying attention when I clicked the purchase or download so I tried another photo. That too sent an invoice via email and the watermark remains in tact. This is very frustrating and it consumed a lot of time I did not have for the project! I wish I could speak to an actual human but apparently that is not howCanva operates. **I’m working on the iPad pro **.* but that shouldn’t effect my buying an image to use for a creation.

I would like to get the watermarks removed from my purchases and be given credits to replace the ones used and for my hours wasted trying to resolve an issue that is still a problem almost a week later
I solely use this program for my marketing needs. I find it to be convenient and it helps spark creativity by its Pre made layout examples. I’ve been successful in executing my marketing needs with this app and always recommend it.
I’ve closed and restarted the program many times. Signed out and back in. I’ve downloaded the pictures as a pdf and image. I cleared those downloads and repeated that process several times. Nothing has worked!
