On August 15, [redacted], I placed an online order for four tires on sale but did not receive an acknowledgment email, which I found unusual. The order number is: [redacted][redacted], and although my credit card shows the pending transaction, the local store now has stock. Upon checking with Canadian Tire's website using the order number, it still shows the order as "pending." I seek reassurance that my order was received and is being processed, as the lack of an acknowledgment email has left me uncertain about the status of my purchase. It feels like my credit card was charged, but my order is lost in cyberspace, and I fear losing out on the sale price. Had I received the promised acknowledgment email, I wouldn't be feeling this way. Thank you, Philip R.
