On August **, **** I placed an online order for four tires that were on sale. The order number is: *************. I did not receive an acknowledgement email which I thought was very odd. My credit card showed the order amount as a pending transaction. My local store now has stock according to the website. When I entered the order number into Canadian Tire's website it notes the Order is "pending".**What I want is reassurance - e.g. acknowledgment email - that the order was received, is in process etc. To me it seems like my credit card was impacted but otherwise my order was lost in cyberspace and I have been cheated out of the sale price. If I had received the promised acknowledgment email I would not have to go to this step. Thanks! Philip Rafuse
