I was informed that my daughter's Gold Card pass allows entry for 4 people into the park for a total cost of $20.33. Initially, we were quoted $14.99, but later discovered this price was only applicable for [redacted]. This information was not disclosed during our prior phone call inquiry or when we purchased the Gold Card, causing dissatisfaction. Additionally, I suggest offering a stamp, bracelet, or necklace option for seniors or non-riders at a discounted rate compared to riders. It seems unfair for them to pay the same price, dissuading me from visiting the park due to this issue.

I accidentally purchased one extra ticket for our visit to Wonderland Winterfest. My husband, two toddlers, and I were the only ones attending. The lady at the entrance pointed out the discrepancy - three regular tickets and two junior tickets. I need to contact technical support/customer service. I am hoping for a refund for the extra ticket. Finances are tight, and we saved up for this special evening out!

Yesterday, I attempted to purchase 2 tickets and a parking pass for July 24, [redacted], at 11:00. As I do not possess a credit card, the transaction failed. Thankfully, my mother used her credit card to buy the tickets and parking pass successfully for the same date and time. The only predicament is that the tickets are registered under her name. Despite trying to change the name to mine, the system did not allow it due to the cardholder's information discrepancy. Subsequently, we proceeded with the purchase using her name, and it went through. Despite my payment for the tickets, the confirmation email indicated that a valid ID matching the name on the ticket is required to enter. This poses a concern as the tickets bear my mother's name instead of mine and my boyfriend's, for whom the tickets are intended. Both my boyfriend and I, aged 20, possess identification; however, it will not reflect my mother's name. We are eager for the event and hope that this situation can be resolved without any obstacles on the day.

To whom it may concern, I am frustrated with the difficulty I've faced reaching your customer service line. I purchased a Halloween haunt ticket on October 1st around 11 pm, not realizing it was for the same day. My ticket number is [redacted]5. Upon recognizing my error, I tried to contact the number on the ticket for assistance. An agent advised me to modify the ticket, but the system displayed an error stating the ticket was not found. Additionally, as the number was based in the US, I incurred substantial long-distance charges. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to reach your customer service line after waiting for 2 hours. I am requesting a refund or the option to modify the ticket. Please respond to my email at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

Following a promise from Prapha to provide [redacted] gold tickets, which were never received due to the pandemic, I attempted to use them for the [redacted] Winterfest event. Unfortunately, it was then suggested I apply the ticket amount to gold passes, which I cannot afford for my whole family. This situation deeply affected my children, and I am seeking a resolution. I urge the company to apply the $19.99 credit from each of my previous tickets to the purchase of this year's $29.99 passes, as well as my parking and cookie passes. Your prompt assistance in rectifying this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hello! Our family of six holds red season passes. Unfortunately, due to Covid concerns, we refrained from visiting Wonderland, despite having passes potentially valid from [redacted]. The pandemic and long queues deterred us from using the passes in [redacted]. We managed only one visit during 2[redacted], leaving my father's pass unused. We want to know if it's possible to extend the validity of our season passes to this year. The excitement of my siblings to return to Wonderland has been long-awaited. Good afternoon, I've been attempting to contact customer service without success regarding purchasing a Gold pass for our visit to the park on Thursday, June 2nd. My daughter managed to speak with a representative late yesterday, May 30th, and was provided with Reference #[redacted] for a discounted purchase valid until May 31st. Despite trying to reach out today, I have encountered issues – the number [redacted] leads to a "system issue" message, and the alternate number [redacted] listed on the website is invalid. There seems to have been an accidental double charge on my MasterCard for one ticket, and we were advised to bring payment to the park due to a processing issue. I recently purchased all four of your dragon figurines, but I realized that one of them, the red and black one which Bohemia calls a devil dog, does not have a tag. I was very happy with the order overall, and I took photos of the packaging and the pieces, but the missing tag has me concerned. I've tried calling customer service, but after being on hold for over three hours, the call got disconnected. So, I'm reaching out here to see how I can get the tag for the red and black figurine that seems to be missing. I can provide the photos if needed. Thank you.
