I would like a reply from Roots Canada. This is the *th time I have tried to get some attention from Roots. ... On May ***** I placed an on facebook for shoes and a purse at the cost of $*** This amount has been taken out twice on my Mastercard on the same date. I have not received the order, never mind the second order which I had intended to return. I was looking forward to receiving these items. I have two tracking numbers. LX*********CN and LX*********CN. Both these say the order has been delivered. This is the second complaint letter I have sent with no reply. Please deposit the $** into my account and send the order. I am very angry. I thought that Roots was a reputable company, but apparently they don't care about their customers.

I have bought Roots products for years. I have * grown children and while they were growing we had Roots clothing that was passed on.
I tried to phone, but when I pushed * to talk to a person all I got was a busy signal
