Get my insurance information updated in YOUR system. ... I waited for a representative. I clearly stated that I had gone in a store, in person, to update my insurance information. I gave the old Silver Script information and the NEW United Health Care information. It is still not in your system. Now, I got a reply saying that it is up to ME to make the next step to get this issue resolved. *Customer service no longer exists in your company and this new site is just yet another bad joke.*I will find a Walgreens representative who will undoubtedly be able to help me both now and in the future.*P.S. I was customer *** PLUS in line? Is this really "service?" Good luck with your stock after paying for TV ads. People are not stupid. They WILL go elsewhere, as I intend, if at all possible, to do so altogether.
I do not have access to your computers to re-enter already submitted information. I do believe it is now your responsibility. You have already applied my new insurance to a couple of prescriptions, but the updated data is not showing for my account.
I really think you need to get with the new **** insurances and get your system upgraded. Aside from coming inside the store, in person, to attend to this matter, I WILL NOT be "customer **** in line -for what will probably be a robocall all over again. And minutes waiting by phone wasted on you would be simply ludicrous. You COULD try hiring more REAL people to answer phones.
I've been a customer for a long time. A very long time. Years. BIG mistake, with the way things are handled within your company now. I have had other issues as well, and you have heard from me before. Funny how I never get a response from a person but rather always something automated.
I'm quite sure that social media will catch up with stock options without my particular input. I can see there are MANY issues about CVS customer "service" out there.
