My name is Denise Miceli. I had my test done at the Redondo Beach location of CVS on Friday, June **th. My DOB is *-**-****. My email address is *****@***.com. I am having difficulty logging into the app both on my phone and online. I would prefer to have my results emailed to me. I have to have them in order to get back to work. I understand that there are delays to due increased number of people testing. I have spent hours and hours on hold just to find out how to get this email address. The person, Hannah, who helped me had no way to assist me in unlocking my account online. She had to place me back in the cue so I am going on my fifth hour of waiting for a password fix. The email address she gave me to try to get my results was incorrect as well. This is so completely unacceptable when a password could be easily reset online answering security questions or sending a code.**Please advise me of my results ASAP.**Sincerely,**Denise Miceli****-***-********-***-**********@***.com
