Our son has a pair of Burton gloves. They were purchased within this year. Yesterday, while snowboarding, he showed me a few cracks on the front side (inner part) of his right glove. It seems that they should last quite a few years before showing wear. He loves these gloves and tells me how warm they are! Will you kindly replace his gloves? The * on the inside tag is: ***** CN ******. Size: L. The tag on the outside says: Gore Tex. They are mittens - Dark tan with a black thumb and black on the front side (inner part.) The wrist area is dark tan. Please let me know if you will kindly replace his. He brags about your gloves and we would like to continue to purchase and tell others how great your products are.
