I don't know where to start on this issue. I am thoroughly disgusted with your service. I trusted you but I was wrong to order form you. I contacted you earlier this week probably Monday April **. My order was in * parts I got the seed in the mail, the butterfly bushes by UPS. My impatiens were supposed to be delivered by Post Office On April **. I didn't receive them although post office said they were delivered. I had a case with USPO but they said there was nothing I could do since as far as they were concerned they were delivered to me. *I contacted you via email on April ** to let you know. never heard back. Today about *:** the impatiens arrived via UPS. I opened about *:**, the plants were all out of their containers, dirt everywhere, not left in the right position. They look awful, they are very dry. I have watered them and replaced inthe containers. I want my money back plus my shipping. The butterfly bushes are fine and planted. They arrived fine so I will pay for them and the seeds. Want price of plants refunded. I have pictures to show you how they looked. I should have taken when they were laying all over container.
