I just bought destiny, planned on getting destiny * and I cant log on. I keep getting an error code saying marionberry. **. My internet connection is fine, we have the fastest available and there are no issues with the router or parental controls. There apparently is no fix for this because it is on your end and you haven't fixed it.***. Went to your site and noticed immediately how you like to avoid customer complaints by blaming other issues and passing them off to your forums which are no help at all. I should not have had to come to this site to contact you about this issue. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen any company do.***. I just bought a game I cant play and i am ridiculously pissed off about that. Take your games off the shelves or fix the issue. It is on your end. It is your servers and alot of people are having problems, not just me.**Worste game company in history!**The problem is on your end not mine, I just bought your game. Fix the problem.

How GetHuman-cdmarti fixed the problem
Used homeplugs, connected it through lan, changed the dns. By the time I was done I said ***** it, and played a different game. Bungie needs to fix this issue. It's on their end. It had nothing to do with smooth online playability, I play lots of online games. Nothing to do with users internet connection. Bungie chooses to lie to their customers, pass the blame instead of fixing their own product. Won't be playing destiny or buying any games from such a disgusting company. Just in case anyone was wondering. To me the developer bungie are just a bunch of lazy liars.
