The first letter is one I just recently sent but never got a response to so I decided to go this route. The second letter is from a few months ago when I was having the same issue and you sent me a new one. **Breville, *I’m writing this in regards to my Breville juicer that is giving me some problems. As you can see I’ve only had it a few months and it started the same thing over again with the basket being really hard to get on and off. The other day I didn’t think I would get the basket off it was on there so tight. It’s even broken a piece on the top where it clamps but still locks on fine. If I don’t push down on the basket really hard it hits the plastic covering and has even shaved some of it off, including the push down thing. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong, *I take good care of it.
