Hello Brandy Melville. I have ordered your products before and I am happy to say they were all *****. This is why I was very disappointed when I began experiencing issues through your website. I have created a brandy melville account and it hasn't given me any problems up until about a month ago when it stopped allowing me to log in to my account. I make sure to type the correct email and password as well as check off the box "I am not a robot". However after all this it simply says "There is a problem with the recaptcha code" and does not let me in. I have tried to log in multiple times and still the same scenario. I have also tried contacting you through the chat feature however that never seems to work for me either. Once though, I was able to get in contact and somebody assisted me in changing my password, and this worked one time but then went back to the same old thing (not letting me in my account). As you can see I am very fond of your store and would very much appreciate it if someone could please help resolve this. For reference, my email is *****@***.com .
