Help with my Bovada issue

Am unable to cash your check. Attempted to endorse the check to my son to deposit in his Wells Fargo account and the bank would not except the check. I need this check to be deposited into my account. I do not have a bank. I have and online checking account. No physical bank. How can this be resolved.

GetHuman3648845 did not yet indicate what Bovada should do to make this right.

I contacted Bovada customer service . They were able to cancel the check they sent me ,but they charged me ** dollars for that transaction. And suggested that I sign up for Bitcoin in order to have the funds placed in my checking account that way. No bank not even Wal-mart would cash they check.Due to it being an international check. I could not deposit it in to my sons account cause my name was on it. It could not be endorsed.So now am trying out Bitcoin. Lets see how that works.
