I made a deposit on furniture at Bob's discount in Merrillville. Indiana product Magellan power sofa and Magellan Brown console loveseat on November **th on November **th I paid it in full coming back to the furniture store since they were having issues with processing my debit card over the phone I did not feel comfortable they took my number for my debit card and then called me back within ** minutes saying that there was a problem and now I wanted to CVC number on the back of my credit card I was uncomfortable feeling like they should punch in my credit card number expiration date and CVC number over the phone with me not writing it down so that it can be put into the wrong hands and maybe my number could be violated so that is why I paid the balance ar the store. I made the comment to customer service that I wouldn't be able to set up delivery till after my cat was declawed they notated it in my file and I also mentioned that I needed this furniture Before Christmas. On December *th I was left a voicemail stating to please call to set up a delivery date I was having health issues and also tryinh to set up appointment to have cat declawed so it took me actually a week to call back which was yesterday December **th I called to set up a time for delivery and I was told that the loveseat was out of stock I asked to speak to a manager and manager never called me back I called back * hours later spoke to customer service person Cynthia, stating manager was supposed call and Again I was told she or manager would call me back, she called back and and explained that this loveseat was oversold so I asked well then what can you do for me I believe there should be some compensation for one I was never called and informed of this and for two I have paid you since November **th for my furniture that I would have liked to have gotten a phone call or given some options or some kind of compensation for this mistake she said she would relay this to the manager and either her or the manager would call me back before the end of the day end of the day came and no one called me back I don't mind waiting for this loveseat but I would like to be compensated and I would just like to be offered something. This is a billion dollar company I'm sure something can be processed so that I'm not disappointed with having come there to place this order in the first place this was actually my first time buying furniture at Bob's and so far I feel like I've been given the runaround and just excuses nothing to help me out nothing to compensate me the fact that I had to call twice and no manager ever got back to me is really unprofessional and poor customer service so please have somebody call me today I am at work today is Saturday December **th and we need to set something up i would be willing to eait if thete was some kind of offer. If they can't keep me as a customer then I guess I'll just have to cancel my order so please call me today at ***** ***** my name is Sonya Pena thank you very much.
