I want to return an order I made (***********). I've sent two emails and left a voice message. The phone line, by the way, has never been picked up in the six times I tried calling. And on two occasions, wasn't even working (that was last week). Not even an automated response. *I love the ease and convenience of online shopping and have not shopped at Bluefly in a long time. This experience ensures that this will remain the case. *With such a competitive landscape, it is STUNNING that your customer service could be so terrible and returning such a HUGE hassle. It almost seems like on purpose. When I make a return, it's because it doesn't fit me or suit me, and I want to return as fast as I can so you can get back your merchandise, and I, my money. To be so cavalier with your customers is unacceptable and absolutely unprofessional.
