A technician was suppose to be here between *am to **am. at **:** am I called to see if he was running late. The support person told me that according to his records, the call had been completed. So here, spending valuable time waiting for someone who was not going to show up or did not have the courtesy to let us know that it had been fixed off site. I feel this is very rude and very inconsiderate to a customer, particularly since there are many other things that need to be done today and, if I had not called, I would have been waiting all day!
