Hi **My name is Lisa McCann and i ordered a family tree birthstone necklace from you on the **th January ****. The order number is *********. **The necklace arrived but it is not correct. As per my order I asked for * birthstones * october, * march and * February. The necklace has only * birthstones on it there is no February one. I can send you a copy of the initial order confirmation which shows the * birthstones requested as well as a copy of the item received today and the delivery note which says * birthstones. Somewhere someone made a mistake but this necklace was supposed to be from my family my mother who is turnes ** on the **th February so as you can imagine having her birthstone on the necklace was of the utmost importance. Not only did it not arrive on time but then it was also incorrect.**We ordered the item in January so as to have it here for her birthday on the **th February and then we didnt have anything for her as this item is incorrect. I emailed on Monday **th February and had to email a second time to get a response which I was very unhappy about as i was informed id have a response within **hours. My ticket number for my original email was *******. **On the *th March globalshopex contacted me saying a new necklace was on its way with correct number of stones. Then yesterday they emailed saying they werent able to reorder a necklace and were going to refund me. I dont want a refund i want what i ordered and paid for in the first place and just because your company made the mistake i am now still without the necklace.**Now i cannot even go into blissliving.com as it says you require a username and password to even get into the site. So even if i did want to order a new necklace i cant. This whole experience has been a disaster and especially when i actually the correct item and it was you who made the mistake. **Can you advise me of what can been done next to sort out this problem as I do not want to delay in getting a new necklace with the correct number of stones shipped to me. **Yours sincerely **Lisa
