What is the return/exchange policy?

Our return/exchange policy at Blissliving.com is designed to provide our customers with a hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return/exchange period from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item is defective or damaged. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund/exchange within 5-7 business days. Please note that personalized or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
