Subject: Issue with Blinds Order Dear Customer Service, I wanted to bring to your attention that the blind we received today does not match the size we ordered. The width was supposed to be 33.50, but it measures at only 33.00. After waiting for 3 weeks, it's disappointing to have received an incorrect order. While the length is correct, we kindly ask for the correct blind to be sent to us along with a return label for the incorrect one we received. As soon as we have the right blind, we will return the current order back to you. I'm reaching out to you before taking any further action, like writing a review. Your assistance in resolving this issue promptly is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Debbie C.
