I have a toaster oven from Easy Reach that I really enjoy using, but I've encountered a couple of issues recently. The labels on the dials have completely worn off, making it hard to set the temperature and cooking time accurately. Additionally, the window on the oven door has become cloudy, which makes me concerned about the seal between the glass panels. I would appreciate speaking with someone promptly to address these problems. I hope Black and Decker can provide a solution for these issues. On a separate note, I have a stainless steel replacement pan that I bought locally for my toaster oven. It appears shinier than the original pan, and I'm curious if it might impact the heat distribution similar to aluminum foil.

I purchased a Black and Decker blender, which unfortunately stopped working during the first use. I took it to the NY NY 50 St service center, which has been closed for three years. Next, I visited the Woodside NY service center, but they do not repair blenders and provided me with a phone number to call. After calling the number, I was given another number to contact, which turned out to be invalid. The model number is B1B210 or BIB[redacted]YO. I bought it on 1/4/20 from Reemy's at [redacted] E Tremont Ave Bronx NY for $43.54. I am seeking guidance on where I can have it repaired or how to obtain a refund. Thank you for your assistance.

We recently purchased a Black & Decker coffee maker at a flea market. Despite being described as new, it required constant adjustments to prevent overflowing and suddenly stopped working after just 4-5 months of use. After this, we bought a temporary replacement at Family Dollar, but the inexpensive model was incompatible with our permanent filter, leading to additional purchases of paper filters. During our first attempt to use it, the grind holder was still full and difficult to open, causing a mess in the kitchen early in the morning. This experience has left us dissatisfied with Black & Decker's coffee maker and we believe they should focus on making tools rather than coffee machines.

I recently purchased your 18Volt Pivot Vac and I am pleased with its performance. This is the third one I have owned, and they have all lasted for years. I even recommended it to a friend who bought one online. However, the latest one I purchased started losing power after about a month. The old vac I had before this one had more power after 5 minutes than the new one, which only lasts about 7 minutes now. I should have contacted you sooner, but I have been dealing with a chronic illness and my wife's recent cancer diagnosis. Medical treatments are expensive, and we have spent a substantial amount already. I believe the vacuum should still be under warranty as I purchased it in October of last year. Despite usually keeping receipts and instructions, I cannot locate the ones for this specific vacuum.

I recently bought one of your handheld vacuums for my small room, hoping for a convenient cleaning solution. Unfortunately, the $60 vacuum falls short of my expectations. It struggles to hold a charge for even 20 minutes and fails to pick up debris effectively, merely spreading dirt around. I find myself resorting to manual cleaning to remove hair and debris. I am considering returning the vacuum in exchange for a more efficient model or a full refund. While I do not have the receipt, the purchase was made at Target less than 6 months ago. A prompt response would be greatly appreciated as I am frustrated with the product's performance and seek a more reliable cleaning solution.

I purchased the BLACK+DECKER 20V MAX Cordless Drill / Driver, 3/8-Inch (LDX120C) on October 1, [redacted]. I have used it for various projects. I am an experienced carpenter familiar with using these types of tools. Two days ago, while using the cordless drill, it suddenly started making a stripping sound and stopped rotating. The drill felt hot, and I noticed a slight burnt metal/rubber smell. Initially, I thought it might be a torque issue, but after adjusting it with no success, it seems the rotor is no longer engaging, as if something inside is stripped. I have taken good care of the drill and did not misuse or overwork it. I trust BLACK+DECKER products and am surprised by this issue. I value this cordless drill and would appreciate assistance. Can you provide guidance on shipping or returning it for a prompt replacement? Thank you, Michael B.

I have a receipt from Target indicating a one-year limited warranty for two Black and Decker Personal Ceramic Heaters I purchased. One of the heaters is no longer functioning and falls within the warranty period. Although I did not register the product online at the time of purchase, I am seeking advice on whether I can receive a refund. In total, I own three operational B and D personal heaters, having purchased additional units on a separate occasion. Currently, I am on hold with the 1-[redacted] B and D customer service line, and anticipate a potentially long wait for assistance. The date and time of my call attempt is 04/30/[redacted] at 2:17 pm CST.

I own an 18-volt B&D 12" cordless weed whacker (trimmer) that has been unused for 3-4 years. The model number is unavailable, but it came with two batteries and a small charger, providing 15 minutes of power per battery when functioning correctly. One battery no longer holds a charge, so I bought a new one. Despite charging both batteries, the trimmer starts but stops after 5-10 seconds, affecting the old and new batteries. I bought a spare charger as well, but the original one seems fine with the green light indicating charging status. Currently on hold with customer service for about 8 minutes, seeking a solution to this issue.

I need assistance with finding a replacement charger for my FHV1200 handheld vacuum. The online part I am considering has a specified manufacture date, which I am unable to locate on my vacuum. I remember the old charger being a larger square or rectangular block for the plug. Can someone confirm if the charger listed on Amazon, "Black & Decker OEM [redacted]8 FHV1200 OEM flex vac vacuum battery chargerFor vacuums made 9-28-14 and earlier," is the correct one for my device? If there are similar chargers available, please advise me on how to determine the manufacture date of my vacuum since it was given to me by my sister, and its purchase date is unknown to me. Thank you for your assistance.

I require further assistance with my trimmer. Upon inspection, I have discovered that the flywheel attached to the motor assembly is loose and poses a potential danger. The ST7700 AFS auto-trimmer has screws holding the housing together that need to be removed to tighten or replace the spooler on the flywheel. I am in need of a tool that can effectively remove these screws without causing damage. Additionally, I am seeking guidance on whether any components need replacement. I am also looking to purchase parts for the ST7700 AFS Automatic Spool. Specifically, I need to replace the worn-out bottom of the spool that holds it in place. These plastic parts tend to wear out quickly, and I require four replacements for my two trimmers. Any advice on handling these issues would be greatly appreciated.

I bought an oven with a Square Trade warranty that wouldn't heat past [redacted] degrees. Square Trade directed me to Black and Decker for warranty service. Black and Decker replaced the oven with a similar issue - it now won't heat past [redacted] degrees. Square Trade wants the paperwork from Black and Decker before honoring the warranty. I plan to reach out to Black and Decker to obtain the necessary documentation since the original paperwork is missing. I believe Square Trade's request for this paperwork may not be a part of the agreement.

I recently purchased the Multi-Purpose inflator and am pleased with the product. However, I have a few suggestions for improvement. Firstly, the instructions on how to set the psi are not very clear. Additionally, the hose seems shorter than depicted in the pictures, making it challenging to install on the tire without it twisting. A significant issue I encountered was that the 20 Volt battery and charger were not included in the package as advertised. This information was only mentioned in small print at the bottom of the box. If this had been clearer, I may have reconsidered my purchase. I am now looking for where I can purchase the 20 volt battery and charger at a discounted price to make the inflator more practical for me. I currently own a Black and Decker grass trimmer with a 40 volt battery and an older trimmer with a 24 volt battery, so I want to avoid buying another incompatible battery. Any suggestions on where I can find the battery and charger would be greatly appreciated.

I bought a Black + Decker LHT2436 40-volt cordless hedge trimmer from Amazon.in on 27/08/[redacted], and it was delivered on 18/09/[redacted] with a 40-volt battery and charger. Unfortunately, the charger is not functioning properly. I have not been able to use the hedge trimmer due to this issue, and the vendor has not provided a satisfactory solution. I kindly request a replacement charger to be sent as soon as possible to resolve this matter according to the warranty.

I am completely disappointed for having purchased a Black+Decker food processor and blender, thinking I was buying a Black&Decker product. The quality of what I bought is a disaster, lacking power even though it is supposed to be [redacted] watts. It is made of very low-quality plastic, a completely flimsy and powerless product for which I paid a lot. I have always used Black&Decker products for their quality. I know my complaint won't be taken into account, but I am very upset to have paid a high price for a low-quality product that doesn't meet the standards I am used to with your brand. It's sad to see such a prestigious brand like Black&Decker deteriorate like this. I say goodbye hoping for a response that I am sure will not come, but as a consumer of your products, I needed to express how I feel. Regards.

Model number HHVJ320BMF Cordless Vacuum was a gift from my mother and was purchased at Bed Bath and Beyond. It started having issues with the charge lights flickering, working shortly for only 30 seconds, and now it will not charge or work at all. We have been loyal users of Black & Decker products, and my mom gifted it to us on December 25th, [redacted]. The vacuum's run time had been decreasing over the 6 months leading up to it no longer working. I have been trying to contact customer service by phone without success. Please get in touch with me to discuss the possibility of replacing this item. You can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted]. Thank you, Julie L.

Model Number HHVJ320BMF Cordless Vacuum received as a gift from my mother and unfortunately, it's outside of Bed Bath and Beyond's return policy. The three charge lights began flickering, the vacuum only worked for about 30 seconds, and now it does not work at all or charge. We are long-time users of Black & Decker products and cordless vacuums. This particular one was a Christmas gift from my mother on December 25th, [redacted]. The run time decreased over 6 months until it stopped working completely. I have had no luck contacting customer service by phone as they seem unavailable. I would appreciate assistance regarding the replacement of this item. Please contact me at [redacted] or [redacted]. Thank you, J. Lynch

I own either the CUA525BH BHP or BHA Hoover as indicated by the numbers on the front of the manual. Unfortunately, I'm now on my third unit in eighteen months due to the handle snapping every four months near the purple button used to release the long handle. Each time I have returned to B&Q Exeter, they have replaced the vacuum, but the issue persists. I am concerned that if I return this current one, they may not replace it again. This is why I am reaching out for assistance. Thank you for your help. Regards, Tim N.

I bought a toaster from Black & Decker 8 months ago, and it's not working correctly. I have been trying to contact the company, but have not received any response. Today, my house was almost on fire because the toaster's spring malfunctioned, causing the bread to get stuck inside and burn. It's crucial that Black & Decker contacts me promptly as this incident could have endangered my family's lives. Please send a serviceman to India to repair it as soon as possible.

In September [redacted], I purchased a Black and Decker large Capacity Crisp and Bake oven. However, almost three months ago, the function dial stopped working. Currently, I can only use the toaster function. When I unplug the unit, twist the cord, and hit the side of the unit a few times, it sometimes works for two or three times before failing again. I wonder if Black and Decker can assist by replacing or repairing this gently used $[redacted] product. I have been a longtime user of Black and Decker products and have rarely encountered issues with them. Thank you for your assistance.

I contacted B & D customer service, and they advised me to reach out to Amazon.com to locate sandpaper that fits my B & D Sand Storm RO600 sander (PPX G30 imprinted on the sander body). However, I couldn't find any sandpaper specifically for this tool on Amazon's website. The closest option I found was Craftsman's CMXZXGA [redacted] with UPC code 0 82[redacted]8 7, but this option is too long and wide for my sander. I am seeking guidance on where I can purchase sandpaper that is compatible with my tool.
