Hello at *:** pm I went to he store to exchange a item for a bigger size a manager was called and he said he would not honor the coupon that we had forgotten to give him as we bought * pairs of shoes store ***** trans* **** the manager was extremely rude as I turned to go and get the shoes I wanted he said Good lord!!! Under his breath as I walked away and that pissed me off I asked for the corporate number and he then left and went to the office and never came out his name is Jonathan this happened at *:** pm on Friday ******* you need to re-train young people like this to hear the customer first before saying NO!!!! Of course I can return my item and get the right size we need we paid CASH!!! And we had the receipt. When people act like this and your a “Manager” it looks bad for Business. Plain and simple I was not asking for anything for FREE!!!!!! Simple return*exchange * pair of cleats for the right size. I hope Jonathan knows that we have been customers for a very very long time and his customer service *****!!!!!! This is how your store stays in Business by customers that constantly shop at your store. This is our very first time we have ever returned anything or exchanged anything so his attitude and rudeness is NOT appreciated. He needs a new JOB because customer service is not his correct position. Perhaps just have him be a stocker and not be your store front manager.
