I'm machine embroidering names o. Hoodies. When I test run the fo t I want it sews fairly fast. But after I make adjustments it sews really slow. The indicator for motor speed is set at ***%**Bernina Artista *** - ***. **Also, when trying g to connect my laptop to machine to run Artlink I get a message that the serial port us engaged. I am using a port to USB converter. I have tried all USB ports o. Laptop. What can I do.
