Grocery stores near me do not carry the New York superfudge chunk flavor that I like. I buy it from Krauser’s or Rite Aid, but Rite Aid doesn’t always have it. These stores are in West Haven, CT. I have gotten it from Krauszer’s twice now and could not eat it. At $*.** a pint, I don’t appreciate throwing away $**.**!!!!!! It looks like it had melted and then refrozen and tastes like it’s freezer burn. Not creamy at all, disgusting, which is why I had to throw it out. I am at a point where I am just never going to buy it again. It’s expensive to begin with. I cannot drive so I have to depend on my son or someone to get it for me, when they can and then there’s no one around to take it back to the store, so it goes in the garbage. I am very disappointed!
I trust that Ben & Jerry's will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
