Help with my BellSouth FastAccess DSL issue

Today, I can no longer log in to my email accounts. It doesn't recognize my old saved passwords, even though I confirm them within AT&T.*Yesterday, it would accept the password on a login screen, then it would log me off and take me to an "IBM" heading screen that told me my access was denied. What "improvement" that AT&T made has messed up what was working just fine?

GetHuman-bwilding did not yet indicate what BellSouth FastAccess DSL should do to make this right.

After several hours of phone and chat time with several AT&T Representatives trying in vain to troubleshoot my email access issues, one of them finally gave up and connected me with an email specialist (alas!!!) who told me AT&T had a systemic malfunction and that it would fix itself in a few hours. We checked it the next morning and like magic all was working properly. Sadly the right hand doesn't communicate with the left hand so we get a ham-handed response.
